Etta Lauchland (She/Her), Equity Director

Etta grew up in the Sacramento area, attending Saint Francis High School. Etta earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Chapman University.

Etta joined the Sacramento County Young Democrats in August 2024 and has been an active member since. She was elected to the Equity Director role in October 2025.

Etta is an Account Coordinator with Cobalt Public Affairs. In her free time, she enjoys horseback-riding and spending time with her friends and family.
