Arman Zarinebaf (he/him), DIrector of Communications

Arman Zarinebaf is the Director of Communications for Sacramento County Young Democrats, bringing a strong commitment to coaltion-building, community organizing, and advocacy. Being involved with political organizing for over five years, Arman is excited to bring his focus to communications to bridge the gap to new members and elevate SCYD to new heights.

Professionally, Arman works as an Executive Assistant for the Sacramento Housing Alliance. Passionate about housing policy and environmental justice, Arman assists in Sacramento Housing Alliance’s communications strategy, event-planning, and advocacy to ensure everyone has access to a home that is affordable. Before, Arman was an AmeriCorp CivicSpark Fellow at the California State Water Resources Control Board, where he lead research projects to better accommodate and empower water suppliers in their communities.

Outside of his work, Arman is enjoys hiking, watching soccer, and exploring local music around Sacramento.
